"Lucky Ducky" is finally out and Devin would like to do a reading at your school!  The book was written for ages 5-8, and we would like to target grades K-2.  

 

The entire program takes a total of 45 minutes.  First Devin will introduce himself and share the background of the book.  He will then begin the reading that takes about 10 minutes, then we ask a few questions to see what the kids got out of the story.  Devin will then explain the lesson of the story.  Then we allow the kids to ask any questions they may have.  

 

Some literature will be left with the teachers for the parents so that they understand what was taught to their child during the reading. 

 

Generally, we will do one school per day, and can do as many readings as can be fit into the school schedule.  We prefer groups of no more than 30-40, but we can do larger groups if necessary.  We do set up one small speaker, so that everyone can hear clearly.  We are available for readings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

 

Prayers on Wings will donate a book to the school library, and hope that kids that did not attend the book readings will still be able to read "Lucky Ducky" on their own time.
